This is an excellent class. I approached it with trepidation because I never deep fry, and I think I was a bit afraid of it. It turned out to be so delicious, I know I will make it for friends. I also appreciate Tomoko-san's review of the basics of Japanese cuisine. She is serious about food and wants to convey that to her students.
