I usually runs the selected food shop and hand made food cafe, and I teach Japanese traditional cooking to the local people too. I started cooking experience host for overseas guests in 2017, and have welcomed more than 2000 guests from 47 countries and received many 5-star reviews. The motto of our shop is ”Be the authentic foodie". It is our aim that we support the people who is interested in the authentic food such as not only organic and additive free foods but also the delicious foods from various angles. In my cooking classes, Udon making is the most popular not only for Japanese but also overseas guests, and for all generations. Some guests commented that "It was a highlight of my trip", "This is the best Udon I have ever eaten", "I'm looking forward to making Udon for my family".
