About the Chef

I am a San Franciscan and FOOD LOVER! I've been cooking professionally since I was 16 years old. And despite a 22 year career at the world famous Beach Blanket Babylon, I've kept a foot in the culinary world as a food professional and accomplished home cook. I've taken the skills, methods and traditions of professional cooking and kitchens and, over the years adapted them for the home cook. I've been building a collection of reccipes for the last thirty years and it continues to grow as time passes. I would like to share with you my skills, my food and recipes to help you crete the perfect Holiday Meal.
