Growing up with food as the core of every family function. I've developed the love of cooking early on. I have a passion for my ethnic southeast asian cuisine, particularly Laotian, Thai & Vietnamese. Beginning in 2006 I fell in love with the art of sushi . I continued on developing my skills through various professional kitchens. I love sharing my skills with others in the form of hosting sushi/cooking classes.
