Komoot specializes in holistic world cuisine, where she blends healing medicinal nutrients from different cultures and flavors around the world in her creations. Her food is always prepared in a mindful manner that expresses loving kindness and respect to everybody's wellbeing and the planet earth. If you enjoy delicious & nutritious meals, you’ll love her creations, especially the Asian-inspired ones. Since Komoot is also a Keto-Lifestyle Coach, her dishes can be made Keto (or Paleo) friendly, low-carbs, and sugar-free. They can also be made free of all other common allergens: gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and nut-free, as well.
