My love for baking started at the age of 9, when my father gifted me my first oven. Starting out with my first pound cake, I experimented with different products over the years whenever I came home for my vacations from boarding school. The love and passion continued to grow over the years and I finally set up my bakery in Mumbai "I Love Babycakes" in 2009. I have continued to build on these baking techniques through my travels and stints in different cities, aided also by workshops at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. I am now based in Hong Kong with my husband and 2 daughters. What I started and nurtured for over 10 years – “ I Love Babycakes†continues to work in Mumbai. I now wish to introduce these products to all cake lovers in Hong Kong and baking techniques to all baking lovers across the world. My products cover cupcakes, teacakes, buttercream cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, cake pops and DIY baking kits for children. What I take pride in for all products on my menu is the good ol’ fashioned home style flavor and feel, something I think all of us dessert lovers relish.
