Learn to make the classic dish created in honor of His Grace, The Duke of Wellington. You will learn step by step to create this lavish dish. You'll be learning some foundations of French cuisine and basic knife skills. You will also learn to make a classic french reduction sauce. We'll round out the meal with creamed green beans and crispy shallots.

It was such a fun to join this in person class! Doug is a very experienced cook, and also a wonderful teacher. I loved to learn how much salt makes food the most delicious, and it was sensational that I actually can taste in the class. I can not wait to know what his next class will be.
