No dish quite embodies the spirit of New Orleans like a spicy Jambalaya. This legendary Creole dish has its origins in Spanish and French culture that has so defined The Big Easy.

In this classic Creole Jambalaya cooking class, you’ll begin the class by learning the best kept secrets for authentic New Orleans cooking. After welcoming you and other guests into our home style kitchen, we will fill your glasses with a signature NOLA cocktail, (wine, beer, soda or tea will also be available) You will discover the legendary Cajun Holy Trinity and the Holy Pope. We will then start cutting and prepping the vegetables in our spotless, clean kitchen and proceed to make the best New Orleans cuisine you’ve ever tasted.

Once the Cajun Holy Trinity and Pope is all chopped. Mise en place (everything in its place), I will walk you thru the process of making your authentic .
Together you'll make traditional New Orleans Jambalaya, other things to note this experience is completely Hands On, you will do all the prep work, cooking and eating. The class is taught by a certified Chef. Recipes will be emailed to you after class.
