You’ll begin the class by learning the best kept secrets for authentic New Orleans dessert cooking. After welcoming you and other guests into our kitchen, we will fill your glasses with a signature NOLA cocktail, (wine, beer, soda, or tea will also be available). You will Learn how to make crispy Southern fried chicken and a complete Southern feast! One of the South’s most beloved dishes is fried chicken. It’s crispy, crunchy and downright delicious. And now you can make it in your home. During this class, you’ll discover how to make fried chicken with hot pepper vinegar sauce. But it doesn’t stop there. You’ll also put together a South feast.
You’ll make sides that will complement the friend chicken like Candies Sweet Potatoes, Southern style cornbread with honey butter, long cooked southern greens mix with smoked turkey and finish off with Chef Rhonda Classic Banana Pudding. Other things to note this experience is completely Hands On, you will do all the prep work, cooking and eating. The class is taught by a certified Chef. Recipes will be emailed to you after class.
