This hands on sushi class will cover the essential aspects of sushi. Including sushi rice , fish selection & preparation. We’ll begin with miso soup and move on to rolls and hand rolls including “California, Spicy tuna, Rainbow roll” and free choice hand rolls. Fish will include and not limited to, hamachi, salmon, ahi & albacore tuna. Along with seasonally available fish and shellfish.
