Come join this in-person experience and learn how to cook these delicious dishes from scratch. I promise to share tips and tricks to make these complex dishes quick and easy!

You will also get to enjoy a complimentary Paan Bite at the end of your meal. A paan bite is a twist on a classic Indian mouth freshener - a bite-sized truffle, made of nuts and seeds blended with rose petal jam and dried betel leaf.

Dahi Papdi Chaat:
Savory, crunchy crackers are topped with yogurt, onions, chickpeas, two different kinds of chutneys (green coriander and sweet tamarind) and sev (thin, crispy gram flour noodles. A burst of flavors in each bite :)

Pani Puri:
This street snack is not only popular in India, but is eaten with a lot of love in Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Nepal as well. Puri - which is a hollow, crispy dumpling - that is stuffed with a combination of flavored water (pani), tamarind chutney, chaat masala, potatoes, sprouted moong, chickpeas. Any trip of the Indian subcontinent is incomplete without eating Pani Puri!

Paneer Kathi Rolls:
Warm, flaky, parathas filled with spicy, tangy paneer marinated in a delicious gravy, mint chutney and caramelized onions
