About the meal

Samosa- The triangular shaped flaky pastry filled with spicy potato is a popular snack not only in India but in several countries around the world.


Make it easily at home with our DIY ingredient kit for 3-4

What's included:

Ingredients ( Samosa Dough )

300 grams or 2 ½ measuring cup of All purpose flour

1 tsp of Carom seeds (Ajwain)

4 TBSP Desi Ghee

Exclude

1 Tsp Salt (Adjust to taste)

120 ml water approx. (As required to achieve a hard dough)


Ingredients (Samosa Filling):


4 small sized potatoes ( 400-420 grams ) Boiled

3 TBSP Ghee

½ tsp of Cumin seeds

½ tsp Indian Red chili powder

½ tsp Coriander powder

½ TBSP Ginger paste / minced

1 tsp Dry Mango powder (Aamchur)

½ tsp Garam Masala Powder

½ TBSP Whole Coriander Seeds

1 tsp Dry Pomegranate Seeds (Dark Tone) (Anaar Dana)


Exclude

1/3 cup Green Peas

1 tsp Salt (Adjust to taste)

300-500ml oil for deep-frying (Any oil which you use for deep-frying) OR Bake or Airfryer (Temp – 450F)
