About the event

Learn how to make a cozy, warming 3 bean chili that's hearty and perfect for dinner, lunch, or meal-prep! This class will be all about learning how to use food to love and nurture your body in the tastiest way. There will be nearly two hours of cooking and then for the last forty minutes or so we will enjoy the beautiful food you've made and I'll be there for any more questions! The whole class will be plant-based and gluten/dairy-free.
