Easy Wontons (50 pieces)

Ingredients

  • 50 wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb ground pork 
  • ½ lb shrimp (chopped)
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix filling
    Combine everything in a bowl.
  2. Fill
    Add 1 teaspoon filling to each wrapper.
  3. Fold (super simple)
    • Wet edges
    • Fold into a triangle
    • Press to seal (no fancy shaping needed)
  4. Cook (choose one)
    • Boil (easiest): 4–5 minutes until they float
    • Soup: cook directly in broth
    • Pan-fry: crispy bottom + splash water to steam

Quick Soup Option (best for serving)

  • Heat 8 cups chicken broth
  • Add wontons + handful of greens (bok choy/spinach)
  • Finish with a little sesame oil
