Classic Pan-Seared Steak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pcs of 16 oz steaks (each guest get 8 oz. pc)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp high-heat oil (like canola, avocado, or grapeseed)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2–3 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)

Cook 4-5 mins each side for medium rare 

Sauce : 

Red Wine Reduction: A classic pairing for steak, this sauce brings out the beef's richness while adding a tangy, slightly sweet note.

  • Ingredients: Red wine, beef stock, shallots, butter, and herbs like rosemary or thyme.

Caesar salad

Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 1 large head romaine lettuce, washed, dried, and chopped or torn
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)

For the Dressing

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise 
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced or grated
  • 2 anchovy fillets, minced (or 1 tsp anchovy paste)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Mash potato

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (900g) Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 4–6 cloves garlic, peeled (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or milk, for a lighter option)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)

 

Cheesecake Mousse

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined and crumbs are saturated. Set aside.
  2. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 4 tablespoon salted butter, ¼ cup light brown sugar
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, and powdered sugar and stir well until smooth.
  4. 8 oz cream cheese, 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, ¾ cup powdered sugar
  5. In a separate bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  6. 8 ounces heavy cream
  7. Spoon 1-2 tablespoon of graham cracker crust mixture into the bottom of each cup. Pipe or spoon cheesecake mixture into cups. 
  8. Add toppings of your choice and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate 3-5 hours to set to a firmer texture.
