Wafu Dressing for Salad (Serve10)
1.5 Tbsp grated onion
75 ml (5 Tbsp) neutral oil
75 ml (5 Tbsp) soy sauce
75 ml (5 Tbsp) rice vinegar (unseasoned)
1.5 Tbsp sugar
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1.5 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
Instructions:
In a bowl or food processor, combine grated onion, sugar, and black pepper.
Whisk in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and neutral oil until well blended.
Stir in toasted sesame seeds.
Chill before serving over salad or vegetables.
