Wafu dressing for Salad

Wafu Dressing for Salad (Serve10)
- 1.5 Tbsp grated onion
- 75 ml (5 Tbsp) neutral oil
- 75 ml (5 Tbsp) soy sauce
- 75 ml (5 Tbsp) rice vinegar (unseasoned)
- 1.5 Tbsp sugar
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1.5 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
Instructions:
- In a bowl or food processor, combine grated onion, sugar, and black pepper.
- Whisk in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and neutral oil until well blended.
- Stir in toasted sesame seeds.
- Chill before serving over salad or vegetables.
