Yakisoba – 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs yakisoba noodles
  • 1.5 lbs sliced chicken
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 4 cups cabbage (chopped)
  • 2 carrots (julienned)
  • 1 cup bean sprouts

Sauce

  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook protein first, set aside.
  2. Stir-fry vegetables.
  3. Add noodles and loosen.
  4. Add sauce + protein, toss well.
  5. Cook until slightly caramelized.
