If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 7 days before the class start time. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the class start time.
Yes, BiteUnite offers private cooking classes for groups. Please book a private event on the page where you can see all availability.
The maximum number of attendees for each class is 12-20 depending on the class and location. This allows for an intimate and personalized experience.
Yes, BiteUnite cooking classes are hands-on. You will have the opportunity to learn by doing and to ask the instructor questions as you go.
The cost of the cooking class includes all ingredients, equipment, and tools needed for the class. You will also be provided with a recipe after the class.
No, you do not need any prior cooking experience to attend a BiteUnite cooking class. Our classes are designed for all skill levels.
Most classes are approximately 2 to 3 hours long.
BiteUnite offers a variety of cooking classes, including Thai, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and more.
Anyone who loves cooking and shares a passion for cooking can apply as a host. Cooking experiences is recommended.

However, for health & safety, each host requires a food handler card to host an event from anywhere. More info here. Your location should also have a food permit based on your county and state.

You do not need to pay to start. However, we have a transaction fee based on the plan. Please see the above plan and pricing.

We manage and sell events through our platform and social media.
Digital marketing support. i.e. Tiktok , Instagram, influencers, SEO, etc for PRO plan.
You can host an event anywhere, from your own space or your shared commercial space with others.
Most important. The space should have relevant food permits based on your city, county, or state.
However, You will need to upload a space photo to the listing.
We recommend each host obtain a food certificate manager.
In addition, relevant Food permit and insurance is recommended at your location.

Guests can book a private event with the host.
Based on your availability and no. of guests which you can set on your dashboard.
To be listed under online cooking classes,
- Categorize under online class and add "Online cooking classes" on your headline
- List the page with ingredients lists under what guests should bring.
- After the guest book, You can provide the zoom link.
After you submit your profile, experiences, and food handler card, our team will go through the approval process once it is approved.
It will go LIVE under the city that you are hosting.

Choose a menu that is hands-on and engaging.
A three-course meal, entree, main dish, and dessert make an excellent course for a cooking class event.
Guests want to have a delicious and complete meal after the entire experience.
Word of mouth is the best way to spread the news about your class. If your guests love your experiences, they will return with more people.

For cooking classes
- Equipment is set up and ready 30 minutes - 1 hr before class starts.
- Have a co-host support you if you host a more extensive group of six guests or more.
- Prepare all ingredients in the portion that you require for the group size.
- Recommend time: Cooking one hour - 1 hour, Dining 1 hour.
- Hands-on cooking: The guest should be engaged during the class.
- Your support team can help with photos during the class, set up and break down.
The guest can message the host with the PRO plan through their dashboard.
For the Free and core plan, the guest will message through the BiteUnite team.

Each host must connect their bank with the stripe on the dashboard to receive payment from the booking.
Please add tax based on your location on the dashboard under the location details.
Stripe takes care of fund transfers. It takes two business days for the U.S. and seven days for Hong Kong.
Our fee includes the stripe fee.
Review emails sent after the event to the guest to get their feedback about the experiences.
If the guest cancels seven days before the event, they will receive an auto refund from your stripe. If you wish to process a refund after seven days, you can do it manually on your stripe dashboard.
Each host is certified and vetted by the BiteUnite team.

Each guest will purchase their ingredients to join the online class.
Some hosts also offer cooking kits for purchase. After booking, the host will provide the Zoom link and ingredients lists via email.
Each host held experiences either online or in-person from their location.
Please check the location on the listing page before your booking. The confirmation booking email will include the full address of the event.
Guests can book a private event on the experiences page with their group size, date, and time of their preferred event. In addition, you will be able to see availability on the calendar.
After your experiences, you can provide feedback via review to the host.
After your payment, you should receive an email confirmation. Sometimes the email goes to the junk email box. Please check. If you dont receive the confirmation email, please reach us at cloudcommunity@biteunite.com

Each host will get paid 60% of the ticket fee for setting up, hosting with ingredients, and breaking down
30% will go to the location and set up

Usually, a class runs from 2 - 3 hours, depending on the class type. You will have 1 hour for set up and break down.
