In 2017, my friends and I started BiteUnite with a simple idea: to create a space where chefs and food lovers could come together. Our first kitchen was in a converted garage tucked away in a small alley in Hong Kong. It was cozy, creative, and full of heart.
Since then, BiteUnite has grown—first to San Francisco, where the diversity and passion for real food are woven into the community.
And in 2023, we brought our journey across the coast to New York City, a true melting pot where food brings people from all walks of life together.
Our name and story were beautifully shaped by Ellie and Cruz, who truly understood the heart behind what we do. Karthik brings our ideas to life through tech, Cecelia Snaith helps us share our story with the world, and Tanarak keeps everything running with care and intention.
